Cancellation policy

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please submit a request through our Contact Us form as soon as possible and select the "Order Change / Cancel" category. You must include your order number.

When you submit your request, our system will attempt to place your order on hold automatically. However, this is not guaranteed as orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Please note:
- Submitting a change or cancel request does not guarantee the order will be stopped
- Our team will review your request and confirm the outcome
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded

As a perishable food manufacturer, all sales are final once your order has been shipped. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on dispatched orders.
