Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, subject to stock availability.
As our products are freshly made, dispatch may occasionally be delayed until a fresh batch is ready. If this affects your order, we will notify you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery through our support portal or by email.
Please include photographs clearly showing the issue so we can review the problem and arrange a suitable resolution where applicable.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Outback Brands Pty Ltd uses third-party delivery companies to provide delivery services.
If an item is lost or damaged during delivery, we may ask you to assist with information or photographs so the issue can be reviewed with the delivery service provider.

Uncollected or Returned Shipments
If a parcel is returned to Outback Brands Pty Ltd due to non-collection, failed delivery, incorrect address details, or any other issue outside our control, the customer is responsible for any return postage costs and any re-shipping costs.
Outback Brands Pty Ltd will not re-dispatch an order until all applicable return and re-shipping fees have been paid in full.
If a parcel is forfeited or disposed of by the delivery service provider due to non-collection before being returned to Outback Brands Pty Ltd, Outback Brands Pty Ltd accepts no liability for the loss of those products and no refund or replacement will be provided.
