Refund policy

As a perishable food manufacturer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery through our support portal with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted due to the perishable nature of our products.

For unclaimed parcels returned to us by Australia Post, the customer is responsible for all return postage and re-shipping costs at the applicable rate at the time.

Our products are covered by the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement for a major failure.
